What decides a custom quote.
We are not hiding the number. We are telling you what moves it, so the scope you write is the scope we price. These are the factors that decide a custom project.
- Number of screens and workflows
- A three-screen internal tool and a thirty-screen system with approvals are not the same build.
- Third-party integrations
- Every API, payment gateway, or government system you have to connect to is work we have to scope and test.
- Authentication, roles and permissions
- One login is simple. Per-team roles, audit trails and approval chains are a different tier of build.
- Reporting and data export
- Dashboards, scheduled reports and exports add work on top of the system itself.
- Legacy data migration
- Cleaning and moving old data is usually the least predictable part of a project. We price it honestly instead of hoping it goes well.
- Compliance requirements
- If the build has to satisfy a privacy, retention or sector standard, that is engineering work, not a checkbox.

How much does a website cost in the Philippines?
Our Starter plan is ₱7,499 per year, all in: a custom-designed website, hosting for a year, your domain, business email, and basic SEO so customers can find you on Google. There are no per-seat fees and no setup charge. If you need bookings, payments, a dashboard, or an app on top of that, it becomes a custom project and we quote it on scope.
How much does custom software development cost?
We do not publish a number for custom software, because the number is the scope. A simple internal tool and a multi-tenant system with integrations are not the same job. Here is what decides the cost: number of screens and workflows, third-party integrations, authentication and roles, reporting, whether legacy data has to be migrated, and whether the work has to meet a compliance requirement. We scope it in writing, then quote a fixed price against that scope.
How much does VAPT cost in the Philippines?
It depends on what is in scope, and we will tell you what is in scope before we quote. What moves the figure: how many applications and endpoints, whether testing is authenticated or black-box, whether web, mobile, API and network are all in scope, how many retest cycles are included, and whether a compliance standard (OWASP, PCI-DSS, BSP) is driving the engagement. What you always get is a written report, remediation patches, and a free retest of the fixes.
Do you charge a setup fee or consultation fee?
No. The first call is free, and we write a fixed scope and fixed price against it. If we cannot scope the work in writing within a week, there is no fee and no obligation on your side.
Can the price change after we start?
Only with your written agreement. Any change to the scope comes as a written delta with a new timeline and cost, before it is worked on. We do not silently expand scope and bill for it afterwards.
What happens after the first year?
Your site stays online and renews at the same yearly price, maintenance included. You own the design, the content, the domain and the code outright — no lock-in, no commission on anything your customers pay you.
