1. Who we are
428AM Tech Solution (“428AM”, “we”, “us”) is a small IT studio registered in the Philippines. Our contact email is 428am.online@gmail.com. We operate the website 428am.com and the social media scheduler at social.428am.com.
2. What we collect
We collect only what you give us. If you fill in our contact form, we receive your name, work email, company, the service you selected, and your message. We do not set marketing cookies, run tracking pixels, or collect analytics beyond standard nginx access logs (your IP, the requested URL, the response status).
3. How we use it
Contact form submissions are emailed to us and used solely to reply to your enquiry. We do not add you to mailing lists. We do not share your contact details with third parties. Access logs are kept for 30 days for security and capacity planning, then deleted.
4. Your rights
Under the Philippines Data Privacy Act of 2012 and similar regulations, you have the right to ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To exercise any of these rights, email us at 428am.online@gmail.com.
5. Security
428am.com is served over HTTPS. The contact form is protected against spam and bots (HMAC token, rate limiting, honeypot fields, disposable email blocking). We do not store your contact form data in a database; it is sent to our email and persisted only in our mailbox.
6. Changes
If we update this policy in a material way, we will update the date at the top of this page. The current version always applies.
