Discovery
We start by listening. Goals, constraints, who is going to use this, and what success looks like. The output is a written scope with fixed milestones, not a vague SOW.

Design
Wireframes, then a real prototype. Decisions are made before code, not after. You see the UI click through before we write a line of production code.
- 03
Build
Weekly builds in a shared staging link. You see the work the same week it ships, not behind a monthly demo curtain. Two-week sprints by default; longer if scope warrants.

Ship
Launch, monitor, then hand over with documentation. We stay on call for the first 30 days. Documentation and handover notes ship with the project, not after.
