- Architecture reviews. Pre-build or pre-migration sanity check. Quick turnaround, written findings, no long engagement.
How we work
- Short discovery. Two to four calls. We learn your business, your stack, your goals.
- Analysis. One to two weeks. We read your code, your configs, your costs. We poke holes.
- Findings + recommendations. Written document. Honest about what we'd skip. With prioritised actions.
- Optional follow-on. If you want us to implement the recommendations, we will — but the advisory engagement stands on its own.
What you don't get
We do not sell software. We do not take referral fees. Our recommendations are based on what fits your business, period. If a vendor relationship would change our recommendation, we disclose it upfront.
